Why It Exists

The market moved faster than the decision tools.

Office owners are being asked to reconsider assets under pressure, but the available options are usually too thin or too expensive: generic articles, operator sales decks, or full consulting engagements before the team has built its own conviction.

What David kept seeing

Owners and asset teams were trying to evaluate flex with incomplete context: underwriting in one place, design assumptions in another, operating realities somewhere else, and governance left until too late.

What teams needed first
