Dear Coworking,

I fell in love with coworking before most people could define it. Not as a rent strategy. Not as a square-foot optimization tactic. As a living system where work became more human, less isolated, and more meaningful.

What I saw in the early days was simple and powerful: people did better work when they felt belonging, trust, and momentum around them. Coworking spaces became places where ideas moved faster because people moved closer.

The heart of coworking is not optional.

Members do not choose coworking only for furniture, Wi-Fi, or month-to-month terms. They choose it because coworking can restore what traditional office models often lost: energy, serendipity, support, and social infrastructure.

The best operators know this in their bones. They build hospitality, not just occupancy. They design trust, not just traffic. They manage communities, not just leases.

What changed when coworking entered mainstream CRE.
